Vous n’êtes pas sans le savoir, l’équipe de l’AFW avait chaque année l’habitude de mettre en place avec passion et sérieux l’European Boardstock de Toulouse.
Suite au succès médiatique rencontré lors de l’édition 2007, l’événement est devenu une perle rare et l’intervention de sous-traitants professionnels devenait impérative. Pourquoi ? Pour continuer de développer l’événement en garantissant le bon fonctionnement de certains "postes" via l’intervention de professionnels. Nous avons donc lancé un appel d’offre concernant notamment la mise en place du pool gap, la construction et l’entretien des modules…
Après étude de la candidature d’une société spécialisée (dont nous tairons le nom), nous sommes arrivés à un accord. Malheureusement, les conditions de cet accord ont très vite été modifiées par une seule des parties (le prestataire). Le partenariat devenait caduque et donc intenable sur le long terme, tant pour la préservation des intérêts de l’AFW que ceux du Boardstock lui-même. Ainsi, nous avons tenté de trouver un accord en proposant la cession des droits d’utilisation du nom de l’événement à cette société pour nous détacher, et ne pas subir un manque à gagner trop important. C’est après avoir refusé toute négociation que la société en question nous a contraint à suspendre pour une durée indéterminée le fameux European Boardstock de Toulouse. Nous prions aux fans de l'événement de bien vouloir nous en excuser.

You might know that AFW used to organize each year the European Boardstock of Toulouse with passion and seriousness.
Following the successful media coverage encountered during the 2007 edition, the event has become so enormous that the intervention of professional organizers became imperative. Why? To continue the development of the event and guarantee the proper functioning of certain "items" through the intervention of professionals. We have therefore launched a tender including the establishment of the pool gap, the construction and maintenance of obstacles…
After studying the application of a specialist (whose name we silent), we came to an agreement. Unfortunately, the conditions of this agreement have been changed very quickly by a single party (the provider). The partnership became obsolete and therefore untenable in the long term, both for the preservation of the interests of the AFW than Boardstock itself. Thus, we have tried to reach an agreement by proposing the transfer of rights to use the name of the event to this company for us detach and not suffer a shortfall too large. That after refusing any negotiation that the company in question has forced us to suspend for an indefinite period the famous European Boardstock of Toulouse. We urge the event fans to apologize us.
